Where do I start?

If you’re still want more information after that, we do offer a Planning Package that will help you get crystal clear on your needs and give you a document you can shop around. Can I modify the website template packages?

You’re unique project may require special tools or customizations. We’d be delighted to accommodate. Add-ons are quoted for separately and in addition to your core package fee. Depending on scope, we may suggest starting with a custom quote. You may exclude features, yet this will not decrease the package price. Features cannot be swapped. Let us know what your needs are and we’ll find something that works for your project.

Can ReadyGo Media host my website?

Sorry, we don’t provide hosting at this time. We’d still be happy to help you get started. We’ve found the following providers offer great value and service and are pleased to recommend them to you.
Step One – Get a Website Name
Find an available website name at WhoIs. Tip – Be ready to purchase if you find the right one. Ideally, purchase right away. Don’t wait too long or it may be gone next time.

Do I get to work with Joanne directly?

Yes! And here’s the bigger picture. Joanne loves making great things happen with great people – so naturally she’s the Creative, Project and Client Services Manager for all jobs. She also loves rolling up her sleeves and creating attractive designs that are enjoyable to use and effective marketing tools. It ultimately depends on each project’s needs. Typically, Joanne will design and/or creative direct custom website work and team up with the best suited web developer to implement it. She may provide marketing consultations. We contract work in order to provide a full spectrum of services to our clients while ensuring we meet deadlines. SEO is an ongoing process. It’s an art and a science. It takes time for actions to take effect and be recognized by Google. SEO analytics may be merged with other analytics (social media, other marketing campaigns) which can also make it challenging to measure. Success comes from choosing the keywords, ones that aren’t too competitive in your field. The right expectations. A targeted region. We deliver results whether it’s installing an SEO tool on your website, or advanced SEO programs. Higher level results are delivered with higher level packages. For our highest level SEO Package, we partner with our preferred strategic SEO team and offer the following:

Terms

Pro Website Packages are paid in full up and front to commence. We’re so sure you’ll be delighted with what you get that if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll gladly refund you 100% of your payment within 10 business days of completion. No questions asked.

All other services over $600 have two payment options:

1. Pay in FULL to commence and receive a 3% discount. Or;
2. 50% down to commence, 50% upon completion.

Just let us know which works best for you and we can email a PayPal Invoice and a Design Contract. (Standard invoices available upon request). Just sign and return the Design Contract. When your payment is received we’ll schedule your project in. PayPal invoicing fee is charged at 3%.

Be Prepared

Soon we’ll be asking you for your FTP information (FTP address, user ID and Password) and access information to the server where it will be installed. Ensure your project gets done fast by having this information ready.
